Why Covenant

Behold, the seventh era has begun. Your Creator commands your change from a carnivorous man of contention, to an herbivorous man of peace. The four heads of the Beast shall be put away; and there shall be no more war on the earth.

Your armies shall be disbanded. And, from this time forward, whoever desires to not war, you shall not impress (draft, conscript); for it is the commandment of your Creator.

Neither shall you have any God, Lord or Savior, but only your Creator, Jehovih! And you shall worship none other, from this time forward forever. I am sufficient for My own creations.

And to all who separate themselves from the dominion of the Beast, making these covenants to Me, I have given the foundation of My kingdom on earth.

And all such people shall be My chosen; by their covenants and their works they shall be known on the earth from this time forward as Mine, and shall be called Faithists.

But to those who will not make these covenants, I have given the numbers of the Beast, and they shall be called Uzians, signifying destroyers. And from this time forward, these shall be the two kinds of people on earth, Faithists and Uzians. || Oahspe Prologue 02/1.16 - 21.

Why should any person covenant to Jehovih?

The reason is simple, because it trains the soul to Jehovih. Some people fear to covenant, thinking they cannot possibly uphold the promise implied in the covenant; but the purpose of a covenant is not to be a declaration of achievement after the fact, but to serve beforehand as a direction for the soul, mind and spirit to strive toward.

Thus, in essence, covenanting to Jehovih is expressing the intent to be that which is stated in the covenant. For without this constant focus, you will not soon attain to the goal. So, yes, it might take a long season to fully attain to the goal, but the covenant helps keep the Faithist and aspiring Faithist on course. Even though he or she fails at times, or even fails every day and the aspirant cannot see when he/she will finally fully attain to the goal, yet the re-covenanting every day will keep the aspiring Faithist moving toward the goal and in the overall path of ascension.

So, overall, we might say that the covenant is an expression of a person's intention to strive toward the higher goals expressed in the covenant. Thus, the act of covenanting expresses that the initiate will do the best he or she can to attain to the goal as stated in the covenant. Jehovih is understanding and forgiving if a person fails at times in his/her covenant, but He does require you to keep your direction set toward the higher. This is accomplished through recovenanting.

Have faith that even if you are in a difficult situation that He will provide a way forward for you to fulfill His commandments, because you have chosen and expressed your holiest aspirations in a covenant with our Creator.

In making the covenants to Jehovih to become a Seventh Era Faithist, His God will send that which will help strengthen the alignment being made. This is the difference between merely accepting Jehovih's creation as a child accepts what is given to him from his parent, and that of a maturing son or daughter of Jehovih, willing and desiring to make him or herself useful to Jehovih and His creation/kingdom/household. The covenant will place such a Faithist or aspiring Faithist on the path to doing truly useful work as compared to the simple tasks a child might receive.

As to the covenants themselves, they actually align the soul to Jehovih's throne high in the heaven above. It is this alignment that puts one in concert with Jehovih's hosts. For truly they hear and register our covenants to Jehovih. And when such covenants are good, they will seek to assist us in fulfilling them, as inspired by Jehovih.

May we all rise to the blessings of our Creator's  resurrections!
